Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Coopvisuals client dashboard (this site, client.coopvisuals.com), operated by Michael Cooper of Coop Visuals, Fort Myers, FL. By signing in you agree to these terms.

The dashboard is a private tool we provide to active Coop Visuals clients alongside their core services. Service-delivery terms for web design, website management, and real estate media are governed by the full Coop Visuals Terms of Service on coopvisuals.com.

Access & eligibility

Access to the dashboard is invite-only. Michael creates an account for you when your project begins, sends you a magic-link email, and from then on you can sign in any time. There is no public signup. If you aren't an active Coop Visuals client and somehow received access, you shouldn't use it.

Your account

The dashboard uses passwordless magic-link sign-in tied to your email address. Keep your inbox secure. Anyone with access to your email can sign in as you. We don't have passwords to reset or share; if you suspect account compromise, email michael@coopvisuals.com immediately and we'll invalidate sessions and review the audit log.

What's included in the dashboard

Reviewing and commenting on preview sites we build for you.
Viewing analytics and search performance for sites we manage on your behalf.
Downloading monthly performance reports.
Sending messages to Michael about your project.

What's in the dashboard is part of the service plan you've signed up for. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the dashboard evolves. We'll give you reasonable notice for any change that affects how you use it day-to-day.

Acceptable use

The dashboard is for managing your own engagement with Coop Visuals. Don't use it to:

Attempt to access another client's project, account, or data.
Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the authentication or authorization controls.
Submit malicious content, spam, or automated requests.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the dashboard software itself.

Violation may result in immediate suspension of your account.

Confidentiality

Preview sites, analytics data, performance reports, and any dashboard-internal communications are confidential between you and Coop Visuals. Please don't share screenshots, exports, or URLs that grant access (magic-link emails, signed report URLs) with people outside your organization without our agreement.

Service availability

We aim to keep the dashboard available continuously but make no formal uptime guarantee. The dashboard depends on third-party providers (Supabase, Netlify, Resend, Google) whose outages may briefly affect access. Critical service-delivery commitments under your main Coop Visuals agreement are not contingent on dashboard availability — email and phone remain the primary support channels.

Limitation of liability

The dashboard is provided as-is alongside your Coop Visuals services. Coop Visuals is not liable for dashboard downtime, data loss arising from third-party provider outages, or events outside our direct control. Liability for any claim related to dashboard use is limited to the amount paid to Coop Visuals in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything that can't be limited under Florida law.

Termination

When your engagement with Coop Visuals ends, your dashboard access ends too. We'll keep your account and data accessible for up to 12 months after the engagement ends in case you need to retrieve anything, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in Lee County, Florida.
