Who we are

The Coopvisuals client dashboard (this site, client.coopvisuals.com) is operated by Michael Cooper of Coop Visuals — a Fort Myers, FL web design and real estate media company. This dashboard is a private, invite-only tool we provide to active Coop Visuals clients alongside their services.

What this dashboard collects

You can only access this dashboard if Michael has invited you. When you sign in we store:

Your email address, used as your account identifier and to send the magic-link sign-in messages.
Your name (first / last), if Michael added it to your project record, so the dashboard can address you personally.
Revisions and comments you leave on your preview site, so Michael can act on them.
Contact messages you send via the Overview page, and their timestamps.
Sign-in timestamps, so Michael can see when you last visited the dashboard.

We do not collect payment information through this dashboard. Billing happens via Wave Apps (for web design) or HDPhotoHub (for media) — see those services' own privacy policies.

Google Analytics & Search Console data

The dashboard's Website tab shows your own site's Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data. We access that data via a one-time OAuth authorization Michael runs server-side. The dashboard displays your traffic numbers to you — it does not relay them to any third party and does not write back to your GA4 or Search Console accounts.

How we use this information

Everything stored in the dashboard is used solely to deliver the services you've engaged Coop Visuals for: collecting revisions, surfacing analytics, generating performance reports, and responding to messages you send. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties beyond the processors listed below.

Cookies & tracking on the dashboard

The dashboard itself does not run third-party analytics, ad networks, or marketing trackers. It uses cookies (and equivalent browser storage) only for sign-in session state and for remembering your interface preferences (e.g. light/dark mode, collapsed nav sections).

Your own client website (which we may build and manage for you) is covered by its own privacy policy. The Website tab pulls data from GA4 on your site — separate from this dashboard.

Third-party services we rely on

Supabase — hosts the dashboard database, file storage for PDF reports, and the magic-link authentication system. Supabase Privacy Policy.
Netlify — hosts the dashboard's web frontend and server-side functions. Netlify Privacy Policy.
Resend — delivers transactional emails (magic links, comment notifications, monthly reports). Resend Privacy Policy.
Google — the Website tab fetches data from your GA4 and Search Console accounts via Google's APIs. Google Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Revisions, comments, contact messages, and report PDFs are retained for as long as your project is active with Coop Visuals, plus 12 months after the project ends. If you'd like your dashboard account and associated data deleted sooner, email Michael at the address below.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information stored in your dashboard account by emailing michael@coopvisuals.com.
